Tied vines is a English grape saison, a spelty heavy grist with aged hops, fermented with lees from natural wine and aged for 13 months, before aging further on pressed Bacchus grape skins from hampshire.
A spritzy beer/wine hybrid, with fresh fruit acidity, a pleasant minerality and a full juicy grape flavour.

ABV 7.9%, packaged in cork and caged clear champagne bottles. LTD run of 1500 bottles.
